MSC RENTAL TERMS & CONDITONS
- Although we expect there to be some normal wear and tear it is the customers responsibility to operate the unit per the operations manual provided and insure that if returned the unit is in operating condition and un-damaged or repair charges (tbd) may apply.
- Normal preventative maintenance items such as filter elements and seal kits are not included in the price of the unit and are the customer’s responsibility to purchase separately.
- There will be a reusable crate shipped with the unit that can be used to return the purifier if necessary. However it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange and incur all shipping costs to and from MSC along with the cost of a shipping crate if the one supplied is lost or damaged beyond use. Therefore please make sure to keep the shipping crate in a safe area until it is determined if the unit will be purchased full out or not. The cost for MSC to build another crate is $600.00 which is not included in the current cost of rental and the unit must be returned in a fully enclosed MSC approved crate or customer will incur the cost to repair any damage caused during shipping.
- A one time prorated monthly rental charge for the first month is invoiced upon shipment and then full monthly rental charges are invoiced starting at the 1st of every month and are incurred until the day the unit is delivered back to MSC Filtration with 0 grace period or prorate once the unit is shipped.
- Payment Net 30
- Shipment FOB Enfield CT.
- Acceptance of Rental Order by MSC is based on approved credit and customer setup.
